At Evaraaa, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your jewelry purchase, we're here to help make things right.

Returns


Eligibility for Returns:

  • Timeframe: Items are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Must be unused, unworn and returned in the original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

  • Unboxing Video: Customers are required to record an unboxing video as proof in case they wish to request a return or exchange.
     

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
 

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log in to your Evaraaa account.

  2. Navigate to “My Orders” and select the item you'd like to return.

  3. Click on “Request Return” and follow the instructions provided.

  4. We will review your request and arrange a pickup or provide a return address, depending on your location.
     

Return Shipping:

  • The first return on each order is free of charge.

  • Subsequent returns may incur a nominal shipping fee.

  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
     

Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want to exchange an item:

  • Return the original item for a refund.

  • Place a new order for your desired product.
     

This helps us process your requests more efficiently and maintain product quality.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you've received a damaged or wrong item, we’re truly sorry and ready to fix it.
 

Here’s what to do:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Email evaraaa.com@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
     

Refunds

 

  • ​Refunds are processed within 15–30 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
