Our jewellery is fashion jewellery, not made of real gold or silver. Most pieces are made using premium-quality alloys, often plated with gold or silver tones, and may include faux stones or crystals.

3. Is Evaraaa’s jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

We aim to offer skin-friendly options, but as everyone’s skin is different, we recommend checking product descriptions and doing a patch test if you have sensitive skin or metal allergies.

Yes! We offer free shipping on selected products. Shipping charges may apply for some products & Cash on Delivery, depending on your location.

We usually dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Other areas: 3–10 days

9. What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns/exchanges for damaged or incorrect products within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at evaraaa.com@gmail.com with images and order details. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for used items or personal wearables like earrings unless they are damaged upon arrival.
